We deliver seven days a week, from 7am until 7pm. We offer timeslots that allow you to pick a 4 hour delivery window, including a weekend service.
Standard delivery
We deliver 7 days a week and have flexible delivery options that work around you and your business. Pressed for time? For a little extra, you can also pick a time slot. Just enter your delivery postcode at the checkout to see all your options.
Next day delivery
Need your order quickly? For a little extra, we can get it to you next day. Simply order before 2pm and select our speedy next day delivery service at the checkout.
Our delivery service is subject to location, driver, routing restrictions, and availability.
Our fully-trained and experienced installation team can get it done for you on delivery day
To help the delivery go even smoother, you can choose to have your new appliance unpacked and ready to install. We'll take away the packaging for you too.
Communications
If you’re not going to be there when we deliver, we can provide your tenants or employees with the delivery information. Simply enter their contact details in the delivery section of the checkout and they'll receive an email confirmation when the order is placed. They'll get another email the day before delivery and a text message on the day with a timeslot.
Track your order
Want to know where your order is up to? It’s easy. Just log in to your AO Business Account and enter your order number.
For us to complete a successful delivery, we need you to play your part. This means there are a few things we need you to do, including having someone at the property to receive the products on your chosen date. Please refer to the delivery checklist in your order confirmation email for things you need to double check before we attempt delivery, and don’t forget to check the delivery date to make sure you are at home.
If your delivery fails because you are not in, or for another reason that you're responsible for (including amending the order after 2pm cut-off), and you wish to cancel the order, a failed delivery charge will apply (see table below):

If you do not cancel your order, then a re-delivery charge will apply. Our re-delivery costs vary with our flexible options and depend on your postcode - you can see the price when in checkout. Next day delivery and certain timeslots will cost a little extra.
We always try and offer a next day delivery option, but it depends on your postcode and the time of day. To check the next available date, go to checkout online and input your postcode.
