Great fun and easy way to keep fit. Combines cardio with strength exercises for a good balance and has helped me keep fit at home confidently that i’m not missing out in exercise i would usually get at the gym.

have been using this item for a few days now and it gives a good workout.

Best thing I have ever bought. Loads of games, dance offs, proper exercises. Measures you progress, heart rate..damn. Obviously it’s up to you to use it everyday, but I have and feel better already. My muscles were hurting in places but it’s good pain, if you know what I mean. Definitely much safer using this than going out to the gym atm. Oh and you can have multiple accounts on it. My partner and I play after each other. Delivery was super fast and very well packaged.
