Tado product is good, but support is DIRE!

The product is a great idea, I had used earlier versions (first adopted tado in 2014)...but their pre-sales and technical support (tado, not AO.com) are both DIRE! Incorrect information given by pre-sales meaning I had to spend an extra £100 to get it working (and have redundant kit on my hands) and slow chat/email support after. (24-48 hours - not much good if your heating stops working).You cannot speak to a human being if you run into problems. Not for the faint hearted!
