Good results on carpet (which is the main thing) but fiddly to put together. When the manufacturers instructions say "this bit is going to be hard to get in to this other bit, so you have to push really hard", you know they need to have a re-think on the design. But it cleans very well.

Impressed so far, very effective on an area on high footfall on a cream carpet. Need to see how well it removes deeper stains.
