Arrived promptly and put into action next day to clean a tenanted property (very dirty carpets) Brilliant a little noisy but I've hired the ones from major stores and not as noisy! Did a great job with the attachment on the stairs So recommend - worth the extra money to have a professional clean. Next job -my own carpets!

Excellent I have cleaned all my carpets since I got it last week . They have all come up lovely but I made the mistake of over wetting them I shall know for next time .It is not as heavy as it looks either
