The cleaner is okay, but just that. I bought it to wash my landing, as the full-size machine would have been too big for the job. The cleaner has a good suction and it cleaned the carpet better than I was able to when washing it by hand. But it still left some stains. The brush is made of rubber/plastic and it doesn't move, so you can't properly scrub the area, unless you switch the machine off. I also worry that the part of the brush that sucks the water out is quite narrow and may easily get blocked by dog hair or debris, and there is no way to disasemble it without unscrewing the screws. The machine also leaked dirty water on the carpet so I had to wash the area where it stood again. Overall I'm not very happy with it and would not buy it again.

Excellent, used on a small rug and it was so easy to use, would recommend.

Brilliant machine only problem it’s very noisy. Brought as my dog came into season as all over my new carpets the machine got all the blood stains out

Really useful to have access to a cleaner but not needed that often. This cleaner is small and compact so easy to store away and doesn't take up too much space. Worked really well on a rug after a visit from a muddy dog.

The portable pet Rug doctor arrived on time & to be totally honest I was a bit sceptical although Rug doctor at a brand is a well known brand, I still wasn't sure about using one made for households. While unboxing I found that the Pet doctor, I found it was very well made; things tend to get broken in my house hold. Saying that this model is very strong plastic and doesn't have any small parts that can snap or off. All in all very strong and sturdy. I brought this item because my Pet Dog is now 16 and us having bladder issues, having carpet removed and mopping everyday was the other option. So trying the cheapest option first the Pet rug doctor handle is very comfortable to hold even when applying pressure as my carpet is quite thick. The spray button is directly above the inner grip so not hard to add a little extra treatment to the carpet. The Rug doctor has successfully saved me from my doggy nightmare. Its no hassle to set up, cleaning the machine itself is very easy, full instructions are provided. This item also promises 5 years manufactures if you register your device online, this process was quite difficult and the form was quite long also the serial numbers are only on the back of the Rug doctor and not on the paperwork. The serial numbers wear quite small so I had to take a picture on my mobile and zoom to get the numbers. Thanks Rug doctor for delivering a retail product that actually works and a great big thanks to AO for delivering the product onetime in great condition and a most of all at a GREAT PRICE.
