Lovely little coffee machine. Bought to replace our previous Nespresso that had given up after 12 years service, and this has slotted in perfectly. Coffee seems a bit hotter than the previous machine, too.

It's fiddly to get to work every time we want a coffee and to get a full cup we have to press the lungo option twice. It takes ages to warm up and I wish we hadn't bought it. However, I think it's just how the machine is and we do get a cup of coffee eventually.

Great product, not too loud

Great machine that is very easy to use. Small and sleek in the kitchen worktop. A wide range of coffee capsules fit and so many supermarket own brands offer a cost effective coffee. Only downside I have found is that the water doesn’t reach boiling point and so needs to be drunk fairly quickly whilst it is still warm.

Can’t live without my coffee fix in the morning and this ensures I get that fix

So glad I got this machine! Simple to set up and use. I like the fact I can change the amount of water per cup if needed. Would dedicatedly recommend it.
