Having used a Nespesso machine for more than five years we were disappointed in this one. It is too big to fit under our kitchen units as the lid opens on the top. Also do not like the new, larger domed pods. We will be going back to the old one for the time being until we find a new equivalent.

This coffee machine is very easy to use. The phone app is great telling you wether it needs cleaning, or faults (not that there’s been any). The coffee pod flavours are vast and the coffee from the machine is excellent.

Best coffee machine ever.
