Can’t recommend this coffee machine highly enough. True one touch latte/flat white/cappuccino. Also great to be able to make two drinks at once. The only drawback if now I want to drink 10 coffees a day!!

Very easy to use after watching on youtube . Makes a lovely coffee not had chance to try all the different ones yet, but so far very pleased with the build quality and its self cleaning.

Good machine, coffee was tepid as first as default drinks don't contain sufficient quantities of coffee/water to keep milk based drinks warm. Can easily be fixed by customising

Very happy with the machine, easy to use and gives many flexible coffee options. The milk foamer is excellent, self cleaning program takes out all the hassle. The variable grinder is complimented by the option to use pre-ground which is really good. I have added the Wi-FI connectivity ( which was available direct from Jura for a reasonable price) Lots of additional accessories available. I called Jura Customer service for advice and they were extremely helpful. AO delivered exactly when they said they would.
