I used this product and found it excellent for the carpets and hard floors very good value for the money

Really happy with this. I used to hate hoovering and mopping but this cuts the job in half. It’s really easy to put together and use. Only downside is the cost of the fluid but otherwise I’m really glad I bought it.

This product is amazing. Saves so much time and effort leaves my floors spotless. You can see how dirty your floors are on the first use and how clean they are after using every time. Love that you can use just as a hoover as well. Would recommend to anyone

So glad I purchased Crosswave makes life so much easier Works with ease and all parts can be rinsed keeping it clean which I love takes “seconds” to empty and wash makes my carpets look like new and reaches corners of hard floors. Would order again!

Absolutely love this device, cleans carpets and hard floors easily! Only downsides...does not do edge to edge but if you go head on at an edge it will get it, could do with an accessory pipe so you don't need a hoover too. Other than that, it may well be the best thing iv bought this year. BUY IT, it's worth every penny :)

Brilliant idea from Bissell. I have a large expanse of laminate and vinyl, with a few rugs. It's very satisfying although embarrassing to see the muck that gets sucked up.. most of the dirty water would have been re distributed on the floors with my usual mop but not with this machine. My 4 dogs are happy too. No more " get off!" when they come in and out! Well worth the money.

fantastic cleaner, does what the manufacturer claims it will do on a hard floor or carpet no if or buts use straight out of the box once you put it together easy-peasie the cost of the cleaning liquid a bit high half the cost would be more acceptable and an edge to edge cleaning area other wise a great vacuum cleaner

It works, but not as good as expect. No detail user manual in the package, we have to search and download from website. This product is designed mainly for hard floor and not for carpet.
