Does what it say on the tin without fuss. Currently have a little used 'Vax all terrain' which is cumbersome and heavy in comparison. The Bissell gets stains off of our oak floor with ease and leaves it dry and is easy to set up and use, wish I had bought one earlier ... anyone wanna a little used Vax? It wont clean right up to the edges, but this area is generally not the hard used area anyway.

really impressed with the carpet cleaning, i bought it for my hard floors which it also cleans very well only downside is it does not come with carpet cleaner but after using steam mops i think this is a vast improvement.

This item is a god send , Hoover's and washes in one go, really good for a busy household, even my son liked to use it . Easy to use , easy to put together, easy storage .can't think of anything bad to say.I also used it on my front door mat which was muddy so no need for for carpet cleaner. Great product a must have .

Love this cleaner so much. Set up was very quick and it is simple and easy to use. The cleaning fluid could work out pricey, as you get through it quickly in large rooms, but it does the job well. It is saving me a huge amount of time, as I don't need to mop and vacuum separately.

My old faithful bissell gave up after many years this new version is bissell with bells on, nothing not to like. Quickly assembled lightweight & effective on upstairs carpets & downstairs hardwood flooring

Having a messy spaniel and a messy 2 year old our wood floors always looked a mess until we bought this, it is amazing!! So quick and easy to use, cleans to a shine and leaves floors dry. Fantastic!!

This is such an efficient time saver and so easy to use.

I really like this cleaner. The product description said that it cleans area rugs rather than carpets, but all my carpets are low pile and it worked well. My daughter's carpet which has has suffered from kinetic sand spillages and playdoh, looked like new. I was worried about whether it would pick up long hair from the carpet; this was also no problem although I did have to cut the hair of the head afterwards. Performed much better as a vacuum cleaner than my previous Vac although doing the stairs was more tricky.
