This machine has halved my workload. It is ingenious! I used to vaccuum all my hard floors and then steam clean them. Now I just push the Bissell around the room. The dog hair and dust disappear along with any dirty patches or marks. The first time I used it I was disgusted with the sludge and dirt which it collected. The steamer used previously, obviously hadn't done the job properly. Minimal effort and great effect. The floors are clean and the rugs also. I tried it on carpets to erase any little marks. Of course, the marks are gone. At last, something that delivers. Love it!

A great product, just what I needed to clean the carpets after having the ceiling replaced. Dust went though the covers. I would highly recommend this. The service from ao was great, they even phoned 10 minutes before they arrived so I could make sure the dog was safe. Excellent in all respects.

Allows to vaccum and mop at the same time. The vaccum is powerful. It has not necessarily removed all the old patches on the carpet but has cleaned to a large extent.

The pros It makes a quick clean of large areas faster than sweeping then mopping. The Cons The detergent is rubbish! The brush bar doesn’t make good enough contact with the floor to give it any elbow grease I wanted a cleaner that gave it a bit of welly! It doesn’t clean up to the edges of the room/furniture there is about an inch gap that doesn’t get cleaned so you need to get the mop out if you want to clean properly. So overall I’d say this is overpriced for what it is actually capable of

Much better than my old steam cleaner. It cleans my tiled floors effortlessly and I am very pleased the cleaner. Would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.
