Great product. Doesn't dry as much as I thought it would but the floor dries quicker than if I was to mop. Cleaned my floors which I thought were clean but the colour of the water told a different story. Highly recommend for a busy household. 4 dogs = lots of muddy paws.

Fantastic was shocked at how dirty the water afterwards was! Really cleans the grout as well.

Really pleased with this Bissell product, hoover and mop function work very well. It is a bit noisy but not too much of a problem. I would like it to come with some sort of strainer through which you empty the water - you cannot simply pour the water down a sink because of how much debris it hoovers up. Would also like the fluid to be anti-bacterial. Overall the product works very well, my floors are cleaner and it does two jobs at once - win win!

Super easy to use, left floor tiles clean and surprisingly dry. Had to refill water tank several times to complete my whole kitchen but worth the time and effort for clean results

Awful. Do not waste your money. Buy a Shark or Dyson instead. It doesn't 'steam' like you'd think, just makes your floor wet. Hoover just pushes debris around the carpet and blows things across hard floors. It is also loud and seeing as you can buy a much better one for the same price it is truly not worth it! I promise you! I feel bad even offering it to friends for free it's that terrible!

Great on hard floors, quick and easy to set up and use. Hoover and wash in the time it takes to just hoover. It doesn't get right up to the edge but I can't see how anything could. Cleans rugs well, not powerful enough for a deep carpet clean though.

This cleans floors well and truly does vacuum as well as it mops. It is not as heavy as I thought it would be and is much lighter than a dyson vacuum cleaner (old style plug in). It is really manoeuveable, too, as you can tilt it right back to go under things, and the head is wide and flat so you can follow a wall right under a radiator. It all comes apart very simply and cleverly to clean after use. There's one drawback and it's a biggie which is why an otherwise outstanding product such as this doesn't get five stars. It doesn't mop within about 3cm of a wall whether you are sideways or straight on. It vacuums right up to the wall, but does not mop. On a floor with stuck on mud or dirt you'll need to go round the edges after with a wet wipe. I note that a yellow-coloured competitor product appears in hindsight to be superior in this respect, although I daresay lacking in some other areas in which the crosswave excels.

Does what it says on the box, buy one cleaning the floors will be a blast....
