Pleased with this kettle which is acceptably quiet after years of not being able to hear over others. Downside is it needs cleaning regularly to maintain peace - hopefully this will not be too much of a chore.

Shush kettles on it will only take a moment. This is by far one of the quietest kettles that we have ever owned and also one of the fastest. Ideal for early mornings with out waking the family when you have that first coffee/tea. With easy fill and great looks this is a kettle.

Quality very good .My wife finds it a little heavy. One problem I find that when poring water into teapot steam can escape round the hand holder the kettle

What can you say about a kettle - it boils water. However, this one boils it quickly and very quietly. What's more, it looks good in the kitchen and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.
