When our ancient kettle finally broke down we turned to AO for help. What we were able to select is this beautiful Russell Hobbs kettle which was like magic. It is so easy to use and has been so well designed. It is much much quieter than our old kettle, the attached lid means we can't misplace it, and the scale showing the water level shows easily and means we no longer boil more water than we need so it saves us money on the electricity bill as well. Delivered the two days after ordering so what's not to like?

A lot quieter than our last kettle but boils just as quick.

Quieter than my old one but not silent by any means. Fast boil but only if it's for a single cup. Good capacity. Bought it as I had a Russel Hobbs kettle previously which was indestructible!
