Quick to boil, quiet, pours without spilling, looks nice and I like the blue glow when in use. Does require filling the filter section twice if you want to fill the kettle to the max, but really not an issue for me since I never need that much boiling water. One fill of the filter section does the perfect amount so I never boil more than I use.

Great Kettle - Speccy glass sides gives a clean and fresh feel. Great to look at and boils well. Takes a couple of goes to fill to capacity through the filter, but not a problem.

Smart, quick and great quality water

I love this kettle and it replaces my old kettle where the filter stopped working . I like the blue glow when it is boiling and you can make at least 4 mugs of tea/coffee

I needed to replace my Brita filter kettle as it no longer turned off after boiling the water. I was so impressed with the taste of a cup of tea made from it I wanted another Brita filter type kettle. The old one was mainly made of plastic and I didn't think getting another plastic kettle was a good thing so I thought about a glass kettle instead. After a bit of research and reading various reviews I found this model the Russell Hobbs Purity 20760-10 Brita Filter Kettle. It's quieter than my previous kettle and seems to boil the water much quicker. It has a metal anti-limescale mesh filter built into the spout which is much better and longer lasting than the plastic filters included in most of the other kettles. It has a non-drip spout. It also has an LED blue glow when it's boiling water although that's just for effect but it's different and because it's glass you can see the water boiling and how much water is in the kettle. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and I think it's worth spending a bit more on something that hopefully will last longer than the previous kettle which I used for almost 3 years.

Great kettle, much better than having a separate filter jug. Much better tasting cup of tea with no ‘scales’ on the top too. Definitely recommend.
