I love the Bissell CrosswavePet Wet & Dry cleaner! You know you're using clean water on every pass to wash your floors as all the dirty water is directed into its own collection bin. It picks up all the pet hairs and crumbs etc as it goes, and these are also sent to the dirty water bin, but there's an easy to remove filter that you just lift out of the water so it's a doddle to throw all the solid bits in the bin. It great to run over rugs to clean up pet hairs too and leave them fresh-smelling and clean. It's much less hard work than using a mop & bucket on the hard floors, and very easy to clean after each use. Hightly recommended and wouldn't be without mine now!

Bought this to ease cleaning floors after getting a puppy. Does excellent work, so much dirk and hair being picked up, it is brilliant. It would get 5 stars, but knocked 1 off for the cleaning of it, having to take quite a bit apart to clean each time we use it. For how it works 5 out of 5.

I have 2 small children and a dog. This machine is a game changer. Will be throwing mops away... Have a vax which is very similar with a battery, but I find this better designed, easier to clean, use and store. Almost did not buy it as have seen some bad reviews but I think it does a great job, on rugs in particular. Vacuums and washes at the same time. What is not to like.

Works well and gets up a lot of dirt - I thought my floors were pretty clean but the used water was filthy! Really easy to clean itself afterwards too. The only downside so far is that it doesn't get right into the edges or tight spaces.

Excellent product for combining hoovering and washing the floor. With two dogs there’s a lot of mud and fur, my floors felt so clean after using it. Saves time with cleaning but you do need to clean the machine after every use.

This is a brilliant mop, saves me so much time and doesn't leave the floor wet for long. I'm glad I bought the pet version with the 2 mop heads and the drainer, both are very useful upgrades. Brilliant for a busy house with pets and kids!
