This is a great product that we have used already several times since purchase. Great on wood / solid floors, and short pile rugs. It hasn't performed as well on longer pile carpets, but that's not what the product was designed or bought for. With the cleaning fluid provided it leaves a lovely fresh smell and gets rid of pet odor. It would have got 5 stars if the water / fluid tank and the dirty water catch tank were a bit bigger. To do all our floors downstairs we have to fill and empty 4 times.

The cleaner does exactly what it says. Nothing else. For the price of it, you can't reach the edges of your rooms and you don't even get an attachment to do these or the corners of stairs, if you can manage doing the stairs at all with it. Definitely recommend looking at cheaper, more versatile options that actually do the entire floor. I didn't expect to spend neatyon £300 and have to get on my hands and knees to clean the edges/skirting boards.

I was quite dubious about this at first however it has cut the time of my cleaning in half & leaves the floor really sparkly clean, fantastic product.

Old steamer and hoover both broke around same time. After lots of research I decided to go for this one rather than the newer model mainly because the size of the dust box was twice. I had hoovered and steam cleaned my tiled kitchen floor less than 48 hours before trying this out. Wow! Just like on those adverts, you could see the line I did with this straightaway! It is not too heavy to push and fairly flexible. Other comments have mentioned not getting right up to the edges, and that is the case sideways on, but if you go up to the edges head on, you can do them. I did my rugs and carpets too - oh my, the filth it picked up, but they came up amazing. I was even able to do the stairs. Easy to clean out. Empty the jug and rise that out thoroughly. I had to rinse the actual base of the machine, where the water is sucked up into the jug as that collected quite a lot of muck and damp hair. Best method I have found is give the whole area a good hoover first, empty dust box, and then go back over with water and suction. That makes cleaning the jug/box out a bit less mucky. Once all done, use the tray and clean water to clean the brush and then store. Lead is very long, 8m I think. All in all I am so happy I went with this one. My floors and rugs have clearly never been so clean. Very happy customer.

The product is good except it does not get close enough to the edges. It works quite well on our textured tiles but could do with more suction. Ordering and paying was easy. Good delivery tracking and polite driver but what idiots puts the label to be scanned on the bottom of the item??
