Very happy with the performance of this cleaner. Previously I used a vaccum and then a spray mop but was always concerned that the floors were not getting a thorough clean. The crosswave was easy to use and there was not a lot of water so the floors dried quickly. The reason four four stars is that each time the product is used it requires cleaning. Admittedly there was a lot of dirt in the tank having not had a through clean prior to this but the cleaning operation took around twenty minutes. This puts me off getting it out for small spillages.

Very pleased with the performance of the Bissell CrossWave. Couldn't believe how much dirt was in the water return bottle. Did everything that Bissell claimed it could do. Saved time not having to hoover then mop, left floor and rug smelling pleasant. Definitely would recommend to anybody.

Love it...I have hard flooring that covers the entire bottom floor of my home, this cuts out hoovering and then cleaning the floor... Best thing I've bought

Bought this as have just installed new flooring in my kitchen and hallway. This saves so much time rather than hoovering then mopping and is do easy to use and was very impressed with how it works, floors dry quickly too.

Wow used the cleaner the day after and the difference was amazing I look after other people's dogs so once every week I have a day to clean my floors hands and knees job now this machine makes it so easy and the cleaning power I'm just amazed thank you

I had a rival product which was totally useless. I purchased this item and it’s brilliant way better than rival. Does exactly what it should and is good value.

This has saved so much time and trouble. We have light coloured tiles in the kitchen and 2 hairy dogs! It took a little while to get the best out of it but now really pleased. It can smear a bit on the tiles but by holding the water handle down over an area then going over it dry afterwards it comes up perfectly. We (or the dogs) can walk on it straight afterwards without leaving footprints. Our wooden floors in the living room come up beautifully in one quick pass with the water on. It cleans easily on the cleaning tray and came with 2 brushes so one can dry while using the other. Could do with a hand held attachment for small gaps but otherwise does a great job and saves a lot of time compared to hoovering then mopping.

You need to go over The same patch a couple of times but so much easier than vacuuming mopping then drying.... could do with a harder scrub
