Quite heavy but does a good job to sterilise, doesn’t really do much on very dirty floors, needed to go out and buy a regular mop and bucket. But this is good for cleaning the tiles in the shower.

Really versatile machine, gets rid of really engrained dirt. Really recommend. Despite some reviewers saying the pictures only assembly instructions were difficult to understand, I had no problems putting it together

Easy to assemble and use, heats up really quickly and has many different options, which we haven’t used just yet. But sure it will match up to our expectations.

Only just starting using , but so far the mop is working very well, very simple and easy to use, and the shape means it does reach all those difficult areas.

I am delighted with it. The hand held steamer did an amazing job on the tiled counter tops in my kitchen, tackled grubby grouting in the shower and the tiled floors in kitchen and bathroom look spotless and dried very quickly after steaming. I would like guidance on the use of the different attachments for the hand held steamer.
