It took me ages to look around at getting the right mop, as I wanted something quick and easy to use. I use this on my shiny tiles and they come up lovely. Easy to use and no mess. Highly recommend

Very good, definitely recommend one small stuff is I’m missing different types of ends as they are big or small nothing medium size

I love steam cleaners. This is the second one I have bought and it really does what it says it will do. It is a little heavier than the first one but certainly gives off more steam. I use it in the kitchen and on my tiled hallway. Just the thing for the job.

It’s brilliant like the idea where it comes apart so it come be hand held so you can clean taps and tiles it’s brilliant

Only buy this if you want to spend an hour on the internet finding out how to use it, because the diagrammatic instructions are unintelligible. It might be working well, but I have no idea if I'm using it correctly.

Found the instructions difficult to understand so had to research online to ensure I was using it properly. I also asked a couple of others in household if they understood the picture instructions and they also found them misleading. The product itself is light weight and cleans well! Think it is overpriced and wouldn’t be to quick to recommend
