Boils quickly and fairly quietly. A bit plasticky and very big - gives it a bit of an inferior feel. Colour is a bluey/grey - not a true grey. 3 year guarantee and price were strong selling points - hopefully we won't have to use the guarantee. Design not as clean as our previous Morphy Richards but hey, that fell apart within 2/3 years. Overall good value for money.
