This toaster does toast OK, but if you are only doing 2 slices of bread, you must use the left slots. I had a senior moment and did not realise the toaster has only one temperature control for all 4 slots. So if you add 2 extra slices of bread into the right slots after you have started to toast bread into the left slots. All 4 slots pop up when the left side is done, leaving the toast in the right slots not toasted properly. Not a good design. Learn from my mistake and check that any toaster you buy has 2 temperature controls.

Nice toaster looks good and i like lift and view facility so you can check if its done without stopping the cooking and good price

I am very pleased with my new toaster. It looks very smart and does the job it’s supposed to do. I am just disappointed that I spent a whole day off work and it never arrived! I had to ring ao and they said the courier had not collected it for some reason so I had to take a second day off work (expensive toaster now)

It looks great, however you need to have it on a high setting for the toast to get to a medium colour. I have also noticed that you cant just use the right hand option individually (when looking at the toaster). The left hand side needs to be in use before you can use the right side.

The item came in a very badly damaged box. It does work although its obvious it has been mishandled. Hopefully no hidden damage has occured.

I bought the kettle and toaster to match as just had a new kitchen. They look really stylish and are easy to clean. It does 4 slices of toast perfectly. I have also used it for current teacakes. My old one used to burn the edges but this one doesn't. I would highly recommend it

It's mostly fine, toasts a good toast, but I'm weirdly annoyed that if you want to toast just two slices, you HAVE to use the lefthand side. Why?! I know this is entirely not a big deal, but why can't I just choose which side? Other than that it's fine, looks nice, all good.
