The toaster is great we love it. The first toaster that we have had that is serviceable. Very reliable and works exceedingly well. So pleased that we purchased this toaster. We would thoroughly recommend this product. Great

This 4 slice toaster looks stylish on the worktop, without being too big. I also like the high lift, much better for getting crumpets out.

Nice toaster, slower than last toaster.

I went from a Classic Dualit 4 slice (Rolls Royce of toasters) to this Russell Hobbs - so maybe an unfair comparison. However, once you get used to its mechanism, it works very well. We've had a bit of trial and error to get the right setting. As a rule of thumb, setting 4 gives the right amount of brownage! It looks very smart in our kitchen, a kind of bluey grey and goes very well with the matching kettle. I actually thought it was going to be rather large and cumbersome - but not at all. Very chic indeed.

Looks great and easy to use. Stylish addition to our kitchen along with the matching kettle. Colour has a slightly bluey tinge. I would call it a slate grey.

Haven't actually used it yet but very happy with purchase, lovely set, good price.
