First tv arrived with a smashed screen but ao had great customer service which i couldnt fault and tv was replaced quickly. The tv is good for the price. Remote is a little tempremental but from what ive read is an issue with the remote. Easy fix though and for a cheap tv i didnt expect no issues

Every thing you need in a tv works great in my spare bedroom not to small looks great and grandson just loved going up and butting Spider-Man on from you tube

For the money this was a surprisingly good product. Very happy with the picture, remote. A lot better than my other television which it replaced. Hisense is an excellent television, all the same offers for viewing off much pricier TVs.
