The delivery was quick and efficient as always. The driver was very polite and friendly. The tv is great, and never having a smart tv until now, it is keeping my retired husband happy for hours on end.

This is a great smart TV with lots of features and innovations. You get a lot for your money. The sound gives a little echo but I paired it with a Hisense soundbar and the sound is as it should be. There are lots of new apps I have come across on this TV. I have another model of Hisense TV for the living room and I am happy with both the models. Keep it up Hisense.

Lovely tv. Reasonably priced. Only wish that buttons for changing channels were at the top not the bottom. But that''s just my preference
