The helpful man at ao talked me through a stumbling block and the tv was operational in no time. I’m loving the smart tv feature! It’s brought a whole new meaning to my leisure time. The picture and sound quality are amazing

Overall a great TV, some great features, picture and sound quality for the price are as expected if not better. Vida tv needs more apps, or be able to install 3rd part apps at least to be comparable to an android tv. Otherwise as a bedroom tv it''s greasy it definitely wouldn''t make it into the living room as a main tv.

The remote stopped working after a week, can''t switch tv on manuallly ,and still waiting for a replacement remote which was ordered a week ago.. when working is a good tv. Bought for christmas for teenagers 1st tv in room,so a bit disappointed he got a weeks use before remote stopped working
