My previous appliance was a Shark the only thing wrong with the Shark was a loose wire as it enters the machine I soon found out that Shark do not want you to be able to repair their appliances. Hence my purchase of the Dyson. First impression lots of packaging and I did find, maybe I’m a bit daft, that I initially struggled to follow the instructions and reverted to you tube! It’s effective but a little heavy and I miss a turbo tool especially as it advertising pet hair removal. On the plus side the tools are stored on the machine. The hose is see through and any blockages will be visible. The hose is a little stiff but it’s early days. So far so good.

Great Vacuum. A bit heavy but cleans great.

I had Dyson DC50 for many years and I loved it so I went for this similar model of Dyson’s range - Animal . I still dont have much to say as I had it for less than a month . I like it so far as it is quiet but I find it very heavy ( for me). I guess I’m comparing it with my previous Dyson which was compact and not so heavy. This model cannot simply be stored in the cupboard as it is not compact but I think it is a great vacuum cleaner.

Was totally blown away by the suction on this hoover, it is unbelievable!!! The hoover will clean both carpet and laminate flooring with ease. Have already recommended this hoover to friends and family as it’s the best hoover I’ve owned. The attachments also clip onto the hoover so no hunting around in cupboards and draws for them.
