Tv is great, easy to set up and great picture. It has dropped off the WiFi once for no apparent reason hence the 4 not 5 stars

Brilliant TV, picking up a 2024 model 4k TV was an absolute bargain! The picture quality is amazing and there's plenty of options for both video mode and sound mode. The vivid video setting along with clear voice Pro audio setting is such a huge upgrade from 1080p, makes the marvel films that much more enjoyable. One thing that's a very small let-down is the GeForce NOW app only allowing 1080p resolution. When LG customer service were contacted querying why this was, they said they'd look into it and advise as to how to sort it, but they haven't been in touch at all. 4K LG TVs with the latest WebOS are supposed to be able to display GeForce NOW in 4k provided you have an ultimate membership, but the option isn't available. The TV itself is definitely worth getting, it's a solid 4K TV and at the price paid, it was the best value for money available.

Good value for money quality product.

I bought this after my non smart 13 year old Samsung TV started to play up. This is a slightly bigger TV with more channels than I need. There are no instructions and the magic remote takes a bit of getting used to. But if a 68 year old person like me can mange to set it up and learn how to use the magic remote, anyone can. As mentioned by other reviewers the 2 negative are (1)is a lag when switching to different channels which can be quite frustrating. My old 13 year old TV was more responsive. The other negative is, the colour fades if watched at an angle, so you need to sit in front of the TV. Again, my old TV does not have this problem. I bought a swivel table stand from Amazon which helps. A decent TV for the price. I only hope this TV would last as long as my old non smart TV but I know these days, things are not made to last long

Smashing TV, compared to the previous TV (Sony Bravia 7 yrs old) the picture is sharp and colours very natural. We came down from 55" to 43" screen and I thought it would look small, but with the quality of the picture I haven't felt let down by the smaller size screen. Again, in comparison, Apps open fast and can quickly navigate round them. The remote has the buttons it needs, not full of useless/rarely used feature buttons, likewise with the settings on the TV, it has what you need. Highly delighted with the TV and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Plus the great price on ao.com and the efficient delivery, the whole process from deciding to delivery was a 5 star service.

Replaced a 55" Sony that was 7yrs old and playing up, needed low-priced replacement. Did not want to lose too much in size of the Sony and came across this TV, Its a bargain, having Smart capabilities and plenty of inputs, including Optical Sound output which is great for my hearing aid TV Connector. Colours are so natural and picture very sharp. I did read someone complaining that swapping Apps etc was slow, well it is not instant, maybe a second or so, but compared to my old TV it is fast. Also saw a grumble about the Home screen being displayed on start up rather going straight to last viewed channel, but not a problem, just hit the menu button on the remote and then the channel you want to view. There may be a quicker way, but I have only had the TV 6 hours! Sound is good for a slim TV, better than I expected. I am very pleased with the TV and the quality of the picture makes up for the reduction from my old 55" Sony, If you are considering this TV and checking the reviews I would say buy it (oh, and BTW, AO delivery crew were brilliant).
