Brilliant product and very powerful. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Bought this to replace a V7 that we've had for about 5 years. I had vacuumed the house the day before getting the V11, put it on charge and took it for a spin. The difference in cleaning power is unbelievable. The bin filled, I emptied it and went over the house again and it half filled it again, that was just on "normal" mode, no need I can see for the boost mode. The screen showing the remaining battery charge is great, with the V7 you just had to hope it had some life left in it. Another major upgrade is the anti tangle hair removal built into the brush head, sharing the house with a wife and daughter the old V7 brush head would collect enough hair for a wig every time I used it. Only minus point for me is the lack of tools included in the box, you get a crevice tool and the two-in-one brush/nozzle tool, the V7 came with those and a stiff brush and soft dusting brush, they are the same fitment so I can use them with the V11, but to not include them with a 400+ pound model is pretty poor.
