This toaster does not toast evenly, some sides burn while others are still white. I am disappointed as I spent more on a toaster than I normally would expecting better quality.

Upgraded from a Sage as the bells and whistles just weren't working anymore. Wanted a sturdy and practical replacement that still looked good and we knew that it would last. The customisable panels to make the model more personal had that finishing touch! The leaver has a satisfying clunk and the dials, clicks.

I like that you can lift your toast up without turning off the toaster to check how well done it is and without having to start all over as you would on other toasters, the defrost function works great, just a quality and stylish item with great features.

The item looks great and the colour choice matches well with our kitchen. It makes great toast very quickly and the fact that the two sides can be set to different settings is a good idea to stop family disputes! The 'have a peek' is great too if you need to be precise. The delivery was also bang on time. It doesn't show Sky sports while you wait or 6 stars were on the cards, but it is a toaster after all!
