Looks sleek in my modern kitchen. AO was the only place that did the brushed steel design which compliments the brushed steel Dualit Kettle. Overall very happy with the functionality and robyst design quality. Didn't know if it was possible to improve upon but actually toasts very well and evenly.

I was looking for brushed steel and black toaster and kettle set. Much harder to find than you’d imagine. I wanted something a little different instead of a like for like replacement. The design features are great, compact for a 4 slicer. Looks good, toasts evenly. More expensive than my usual brand but very stylish and hopefully I’ll get many years of use out of them

This toaster does not toast evenly, some sides burn while others are still white. I am disappointed as I spent more on a toaster than I normally would expecting better quality.

I have had so many toasters over the years and its seems they are all rubbish so I decided to buy the best and it is perfect toast every time

Great product and very useful in the fact of being abe to check level of toasting without popping the toasting process. Another great product from dualit.

Upgraded from a Sage as the bells and whistles just weren't working anymore. Wanted a sturdy and practical replacement that still looked good and we knew that it would last. The customisable panels to make the model more personal had that finishing touch! The leaver has a satisfying clunk and the dials, clicks.

Wanted a toaster to replace our old one and this doesn't disappoint. All the functionality of a classic Dualit toaster but with a modern style. Toasts perfectly.

I like that you can lift your toast up without turning off the toaster to check how well done it is and without having to start all over as you would on other toasters, the defrost function works great, just a quality and stylish item with great features.
