Only used it a couple if times but it picks up well on hard floors and carpets. Easier to empty than my old cordless Dyson but slightly heavier. Loads of attachments.

I had a shark cordless hoover before purchasing this Dyson. While the shark was a great hoover, this Dyson handles far better. I prefer the trigger ‘on’ button too! We have tiles in the kitchen and once I’ve hoovered, they don’t just look cleaner, they feel polished! It works great on carpet and helps fluff the piles. The way you empty the bin is clever and also very clean. I would 100% recommend this hoover.

Looked at various comparable vacuum cleaners but the V8 absolute seems a better built machine, more sturdy and better manoeuvre able. Price was comparable also.
