Excellent carpet cleaner, really easy to assemble and cleans and drys really well! The only downside would be the size/weight but I wouldn't expect anything different for a carpet cleaner of its standard.

Easy to order, outstanding delivery, fantastic product. As soon as I got the machine I used in my front room the carpet looked clean until........ after using the machine it highlighted how dirty it actually was. ?? Nearly done the whole house now can’t believe I never had this in my life before. Only issue I had I was missing the bag for the hose( nothing to do with AO!!!) but after speaking to bissell direct this was resolved.

Fantastic Item, a little higher priced than some on the market, but you can definitely see why, fantastic cleaning power, simple to use does what it says on the can, would recommend and buy again

it's a great product cleaned my carpets brilliantly so much better than other machines iv bought,but to make it even better would be to add a cleaning wand or make a adapter to fit one on that would really help with stairs, edging of carpets, also rugs it's quite hard to clean small rugs with the machine a wand would be a plus I would happily pay extra for a wand

This machine is AMAZING. I cleaned all my carpets with my upright Vax three weeks ago, they all looked clean. Then I bought the Big Green and went over them again and the water that came out was BLACK. The Vax cleans the surface so that the carpet appears to be clean, the Big Green DEEP cleans and removes all the grit and lint and pet hair that is buried deep in the pile. That's the stuff that shortens the life of your carpet and it's a breeding ground for bacteria. It has also removed stains that I thought we were going have to live with until we replaced the carpet. I am SO glad I purchased this machine! OH and did I mention the amazing smell of clean carpets? Heavenly.

Purchasing was a breeze and delivery perfect followed by the most amazingly great machine. It's for domestic use and replaces the top of the range Vax which simply didn't perform. However, the Bissell Big Green Machine is truly remarkable in its performance and my carpets really do look new. I can't wait for them to get dirty again!

Been using mine for years. Regularly clean carpets and upholstery on a commercial basis. Much better than Rug Doctor. See YouTube video comparison. Well worth having even if it’s just for personal and family use. Handle folds down for easy storage. Recommends Bissell solution but I use a much less expensive commercial alternative.

This is an excellent carpet cleaner. Really easy to use. A little bit heavy but in short time makes carpet like new.
