Great product, amazing quality TV for a reasonable price. Picture is crystal clear, sound is good. It was easy to set up and the menu is also easy to handle. The only thing I am missing in this TV, that you are not able to pause, rewind or record the live broadcast. TCL should add this function to the next software update as it is only for the UK. Other countries have these options on this model. Good customer service on both AO and TCL side. The delivery guy was also kind and helpful. I recommend this TV.

Great picture. Cheap. Lots of inbuilt aps, and being an android TV, you can download extra ones without need a Firestick (or other). Only minor criticism is that the software is a touch sluggish at times.

Stunning picture quality, expected app load up to be slow but its on point. Never used TLC before but will look at other TV's for future purchases. Great product.

Amazing picture quality and I like the opperating system. Only small issue is that when on the TV guide\program page it takes a few seconds for the discriptions to load. This could be a signal issue but my Samsung TV in the next room is fine and it is on the same TV booster. I may get another one to replace my Samsung TV because the picture is far superior on my new TLC TV.

It feels noticeable inferior than basic Samsung QLED from 2018. Not bight to watch HDR, has dithering problems with HDR devices like PC or Media Player when connected to HDMI 2.1 or 2.0 regardless. Here are are reviews on RTINGS. Chesck US 5-series discounted in US in 2022 version ot his TV I've bought it cheap with price match and excellent service from AO. Can't complain. I think maybe it makes more sense to buy branded bright traditional LCD TV than this TCL.

Excellent tv, and fabulous picture and colour quality. Did have to purchase an additional stand as the legs where too far apart to actually fit on top of my tv unit, so would have liked the option of a central stand or legs! Fairly easy to set up, remote is easy enough to use.
