This is a great TV, after having our last one for nearly 10 years we were in serious need of an upgrade. The picture quality on this is so good, crisp and bright picture, and a range of preset settings to chose from to optimise the picture too. The built in Google TV is so useful if you use a lot of streaming services, and integrates seamlessly with our Google Home setup. This TV ticks all the boxes, and looks great in our living room. Very sleek, with a slim bezel makes it look very high end. I highly recommend this TV.

To start with, it's really nice to watch - the TV has really good picture quality. Anything in 4K looks fantastic, and it does a fair job upscaling lower quality sources. Setup was simple, with no issues at all connecting it with the wireless network and an existing soundbar - it's all very quick and easy. Apps like Disney+, Prime and Netflix are all installed very quickly as you would expect. Unfortunately this model and several other TCL models don't support some of the popular UK streaming services. BBC iPlayer, ITV, Channel 4 and 5 are not possible to install as apps even though it's an Android TV and it's more than technically capable of playing them. You can work around this if you have an Amazon Fire Stick or Roku device etc, but you have to switch to them which is not very slick. The reason seems to be that TCL don't put their device through a certicfication process, which is needed to allow access to these streaming apps. For a new TV being sold in the UK it's not really good enough to require another device to be bought to watch these streaming services, so TCL should really make the extra effort to get this done. It's the only issue I have with an otherwise fantastic TV, so if you don't stream UK content it's a really good option. And even if you do you should consider it for the picture at this price.

Pros: Excellent picture Cons: None of the UK TV apps work such as iPlayer, ITVX, Freeview Play etc - none are actually supported by TCL and this is by design (Netflix and YouTube are fine). Casting some apps to built in cast from an Android phone is also laggy/unusable and you will likely need to buy a Firestick, games console or other external device to make much use of this TV. Would have returned if I hadn't missed the 30 day window.

Good budget tv , obviously you pay for what you get I had a better tv than this so downgrading to this was a slight downer , but I seriously thought this tv wasn’t going to be as good as it n for the money you can’t go wrong guys !

No freeview or iplayer apps

Great TV and well priced. A few notes: Picture quality is excellent particularly when using a games console. Good colour saturation and solid blacks. I currently have a Nintendo Switch, PS5 and a firestick plugged in to it. 144hz refresh rate is only available on 2 of the 4 HDMI inputs so I've put the consoles in to those. It looks good, has almost no bezel. Light weight and easy to wall mount. Android TV works nicely, a little bit slow to react to the remote. Sound is ok but no worse than the Sony TV I have in another room. I'm getting soundbar next. Delivery by AO was rapid and effortless.

Cannot believe the quality of this TV! Bluey looks amazing! Well worth the money, we’re all impressed.

The TV is great especially for gaming which my son thinks is fabulous. Picture is clear, colours are good and the refresh rate makes a difference, I’m told that it is especially effective on fast driving games where there is no blur. Sound is great, my only comment would be that the bass sound isn’t fantastic but to be expected with the size of speakers in televisions
