This is one of the best printers I have had it’s so easy to set up took me all of 5 mins to get up and running . Far most the best printer by far .

The printer itself is fine. What I’m extremely disappointed about is the misleading HP ink deal. They say it’s 3m free ink, we were sent the cartridges for 3m and then cancelled the subscription because we weren’t using it fast enough and still have 2 spare. All of a sudden the printer doesn’t work. Turns out the ink they send is microchipped and unless you pay to continue the ink subscription, the existing ink in your printer won’t even work! Outgrageous. We are now stuck with a full cartridge in the printer that won’t print, a spare full one on the shelf that we can’t use, and the only way to continue using the printer is to buy another new cartridge that isn’t part of the subscription scene. A total con and not made clear upfront.

Easy to set up and use. Does printing and scanning very well. Printer comes with three months free ink and at a really budget friendly price to. All in All I'm very happy with this product which in my eyes was a great bargain.

Now that I have got this to work I have no issues. It would have been good to know in advance though that you can't set it up on 5G. Other than that I have been printing away quite happily.

Great printer which was in stock and arrived very fast. Super easy to set up and we were online and printing in 20 mins.
