Really disappointed we bought the tv as an extra treat for Christmas to surprise the kids… now the kids don’t understand why Santa has brought us a faulty TV that doesn’t switch on. It’s very temperamental, black screen with no sound, have to switch off, reboot, unplug try everything to get it to come on. The picture is very clear when it works but some days it doesn’t come on at all. Feel very foolish for wasting my money on it. I’m now waiting for someone to get in touch to repair it but haven’t had an email to say they have received my proof of documents, so currently at a standstill with a tv that doesn’t work and very disheartened children.

TCL brand is new to me. From opening box to setting up no problems encountered. Easily connected to wifi and phone, easy to switch between satelite and terrestial, or use of other input devices. Quality of product and viewing experience very good so far, reliability time will tell, but from previously reading other purchasers reviews I do not anticipate any problems.

i’m not going to lie i was dubious of this tv for the price i paid however; great tv great apps only problem is connecting a soundbar to it! spoke to TCL directly regarding adding the soundbar and not much use! picture and sound really good quality. easy to connect to everything

Compared to our last TV, this is excellent. Picture quality and ease of use are very good. Can't fault it at the moment.
