Very good tv for price looks impressive with large screen and great picture quality

The only reason it drops a star rating is the positioning of where the holes are for the bracket, they are near the bottom so our bracket which is perfectly fine hangs a little below the TV. Other than that a great TV which brilliant features, sound and picture quality very good, the cost of the TV in my opinion does not determine its quality which could put some people off, you really don't have to pay more for decent quality. We are more than happy with it.

It's a good enough tv but the netflix button is over sensitive so it works even when you pick the remote up. Was disapointed that I can't change channel numbers or delete the dross (data only, sales etc) which means chunking through crud instead of 'proper chanels'.

easy to set up, has every app imaginable and connects to my phone in under a second. one of the best purchases i’ve ever made

Been looking to replace my old TV did a lot looking around seen the TCL read all the reviews had a look at several brands and prices this turned up thrumps easy to set up still learning things to do with it ,would certainly recommend it and with AO.s service and delivery no doubt recommend both cannot fault ither.

Decent TV for the price only bad point as of yet it the back bottom half of tv sticks out quite alot from back so not ideal if you have it on a wall you can see behind

Really disappointed we bought the tv as an extra treat for Christmas to surprise the kids… now the kids don’t understand why Santa has brought us a faulty TV that doesn’t switch on. It’s very temperamental, black screen with no sound, have to switch off, reboot, unplug try everything to get it to come on. The picture is very clear when it works but some days it doesn’t come on at all. Feel very foolish for wasting my money on it. I’m now waiting for someone to get in touch to repair it but haven’t had an email to say they have received my proof of documents, so currently at a standstill with a tv that doesn’t work and very disheartened children.
