This item is very good, energy efficient and crisp picture with easy to use menus and interface

Amazing TV, great picture, decent sound (although I paired it with an LG soundbar too), and a decent user interface (fast but laggy like so many smart tv's). Very happy with it 10/10

Service was great from AO, but being honest the wifi on the TV (I watch a lot of YouTube) is not great. Had the TV a few days had to unplug twice and reboot the set to get the wifi running good again. Kept buffering, not responding etc. Old broken set never had trouble with wifi, same placement. Picture is good, option for sound are good. Would have been nice to have a manual to explain all the various functions though. Would I buy another LG after this.....unsure.

Good TV at a good price, does everything I need. I'm no home cinema expert, just a regular TV viewer, and this'll do me fine! Bought this to replace our previous LG TV, only reason being moving house and needing a bigger screen. Still got the old one for another room. Based on the reliability of the previous LG TV I'm happy to stick with the brand.
