Love Dualit and love the look and design of this kettle, but while we like it so much, we’re disappointed to be replacing it after too short a period of time of use of the first one. We have a Dualit toaster and have an expectation or bullet proof reliability, but have been let down in this regard with the kettle. None the less we’ve gone and bought the exact same one again, hopefully this the it lasts longer than the first one. Regrettably can only give a one star rating based on our experience first time round.

Really pleased with our new kettle.

Stylish, lightweight. Had a Dualit Classic previously, Architect is a little noisier during boil, but other than that, very happy so far. I hope it lasts as long as my Classic.

One of the best kettles I have ever had. Looks beautiful. Fills easily. Pours like a dream, with no drips or spillage. Safe to hold and pour as handle remains cold. Clear water level indicator. Bought because we already had the architect toaster and because we needed a new kettle.

Love my new kettle. It pours without dripping and looks stylish in my kitchen. It came so quickly and within time slot I was given. Excellent service. A very polite delivery man too. Wouldn't hesitate to but from AO again.

Quiet and quick boil, great spout with no drip pouring. Would highly recommend
