Two identical laptops ordered, both faulty and had to be returned. The service from AOL was good though and they offered the money back, or replacement laptops.

Good visible screen with 360 microsoft bundle included in the product. a major upgrade from version 7 so it is taking me some time to find my way round the programmes. I like the larger buttons which make typing that much easier to use.

This is a great laptop for all my office work, and it came at a fabulous price. no one here can believe I paid so little! Such speedy delivery too, and very sensibly packaged with minimum waste, unlike other providers who insist on huge, wasteful boxes with masses of polystyrene or bubble wrap. AO.com are definitely my first port of call now when shopping for any electrical product.

This is a laptop that was easy to set up for a friend in her 70’s. The screen is big enough to see. Better than the iPad. She was using. Add into the above AO have good price, Support and delivery as well as warranty if you want it.
