Good product, good service

I'm not very tech savvy, but my laptop needed upgrading and I was pretty overwhelmed with options. I'm really happy I chose this one! The screen quality is beautiful, the size is perfect &it's not very heavy - does everything I want it to do (I use it as a TV with a keyboard). It's not the fastest thing in the world but that's probably more because of my Internet than the machine itself. Hopefully it'll last me years :)

It’s rubbish, very very slow and not responding. A complete waste of money ??

The laptop is helping me to create some videos and then edit them to play for my Mineral Club for a promotion to get others interested in joining our trips. And even Collecting fossils and minerals. I am also a writer and can now publish my own stories and get some royalties from various social media's. Brian
