If I could leave less than one star I would, have had the laptop 3 days and couldn’t get it to work, barely lets you log in let alone use it. Web page can’t load without crashing, task manager can’t even open. Don’t buy, and certainly not from AO who will tell you you have to sort the issue with the manufacturer yourself for fun and games and will charge you a minimum of 10% of the cost to return the faulty laptop. Absolute rip off.

Excellent product at an excellent price,

I needed this quickly and it was delivered in good time, The laptop is great. Just what I wanted. It is better than a much more expensive laptop that is has replaced - speed, ease of use etc..

The laptop is excellent value for money and my wife (Debz) was chuffed to bits when Santa left it under the tree for her. It's crystal clear and very quick and came with a 12 month Microsoft 365 free subscription. The screen size is perfect.
