Brilliant Air Fryer looks great in my kitchen

I am really pleased with this air fryer. Being 67 I’m always worried about using any of the new gadgets on the market. I was pleased with this purchase easy instructions and easy to use, and cleaning it is far better than a oven. All I need now is a air fryer cookery book.

I suspect this will turn out great, but...

Seems like this will be a great product and it has a simple out the box instant experience. That said, there are very limited instructions and or advice on converting traditional oven cooking to AirFrying in this device. Advice in manual (just 1 line) suggests to reduce cooking time by 10 mins. However, that over simplistic advice seems to correspond with over cooking from experience so far. Also, something simple like a Jacket potato (2x larger ones), pricked oiled, salt/pepper took over 1.5Hrs in the AirFryer oven from raw, not the 35 mins suggested. In summary, I'm still very much learning how to use this device but would have been better to include instructions for more common items than just cooking chips/fries, chicken pieces (or similar), plus a small selection of obscure recipes.
