Same as a fan over really I didn’t think it was worth paying all that when it really didnt make any taste difference or cook any better !! It was just quicker but thats just my opinion!!

First of all - great service from ao!! I was really sceptical about the claims made with these things, but on chatting to a good friend, who had had one and was waxing lyrical about it, I decided to take the plunge. This is without doubt an excellent, must have kitchen aid. Everything cooks so quickly and is evenly browned, yet the inside of the food stays moist and succulent. Cuts down massively on cooking time - things like roasted potatoes in 25 mins - ridiculous! Bought the grill racks as an optional extra direct from Ninja, which are great for doing things like crispy bacon in about 8 mins. Another big plus for me is that it is so easy to clean afterwards - (even the grill racks). I would recommend to anyone looking to save time in the kitchen. Would I buy again? Absolutely - yes!!

I got this as a shared Christmas present for me and my wife. There’s just the two of us so normally cooking a meal would involve pots, pans, ovens etc. I’ve just tried the first go at a small snack to get used to the settings. I bought some frozen tempura prawns from M&S so thought this would be a great test. Tempura is not the easiest batter to get right if you’ve ever tried it at home. Well the results were superb!!! I air fried 10 prawns for 9 mins from frozen. I used the suggested settings from the user manual as a guide. The batter was light and crisp and the prawns soft and succulent. Compare this to 15 mins in a fan oven after pre heating and these prawns were ready in half the time and tasted a whole lot better!!! Now to be a bit more adventurous….. and try a full course using both drawers??
