Cooker is nice, lower door though is very stiff. Hopefully will loosen and be easier over time. Heats up quickly.

Poor quality-the first thing I noticed was the Oven door did not shut securely-it was either fully open or not quite shut-this was down to poor build quality. Then after a year the grill element popped out and was unable to be aligned correctly-eventually it fused and blew mt electrics. Recently the Oven refused to heat up requiring a new element. A cheap cooker and poor quality. Would not buy this brand again

Great little oven.. they use shelf as grill with drip tray below.. Maybe best to buy separate grill. Grill shield is just pushed in. Not fixed. Probably get misplaced.

Good appliance for me & my family. It’s an upgrade on my previous one. Really enjoying cooking again and it looks good too! Heats up quickly and the safety indicators on the ceramic top are a helpful feature to prevent anyone accidentally touching a hot hob!

Great cooker, looks very neat and works perfectly. AO delivered on time and communicated in advance about the time of delivery.

No complaints overall. Looks good and easy to use. Only issue is that it did not come with the wire to plug it in and install so had to buy one myself. Other than that good product.
