The ‘ping’ at the end of the cooking time is absolutely awful. It’s at a pitch that sets your nerves on edge. It’s a pity we didn’t try it before fitting it into the unit because we would have returned it and chosen something else.

We recently purchased a Whirlpool microwave from AOL . It’s exactly what we wanted a good product . It also looks good .

We bought a new kitchen and had a built-in cupboard opening for a microwave only to find the depth was too shallow for the majority of built-in microwaves except for a tiny handful. We chose this one and are glad we did. It looks great, is easy to use and you can get large dinner plates in easily. I like the jet start (just press go for a 30 second blast on high heat).
