    Good microwave

    5/5
Nice looking microwave, does everything you'd expect. Was the correct narrow depth for our kitchen wall units, so perfect

Very shallow microwave. Looks very nice and well designed to be fitted in.

    4/5
Great built in microwave and chosen because it’s only the depth of a wall cupboard. Not many options for this size microwave.

    Stylish product

    5/5
Looks great and very stylish. Was easy to fit the product ourselves. At first operating instructions took a little getting used to and the instruction book was not that clear but now have got used to it and have no problems. Would recommend.

    Good solid fitted microwave/grill

    4/5
It fits in wall cupboard lovely and looks very professional. It also seems to heat food very evenly. The user manual is also very simply to follow and user friendly. Good product, would recommend.

AO customer service is a joke

    1/5
The microwave I bought from AO had a fault but trying to get any meaningful dialogue with AO is pitiful. They direct you to the manufacturer's support system which is hit and miss at best. Go to other retailers if you have a choice especially a high street shop where you get far better customer support.
