It arrived with a dent in the casing and despite emailing AO as soon as I noticed it after unpacking, I was ignored. I've yet to hear from them over a week later!

great internal size for a family, learning the programs, oven/microwave/preheat etc, seems complicated at the moment but sure we'll get hang of it, as our oven broke this is doing a great job until normal oven up and running

Was worried that it was going to be noisy when reading the reviews. But it is quiet and is very easy to use.

it fits into the space very well and looks very smart. The only prob we have is seeing the "app" to turn it on. its very feint which is a disappointment.
