First thing I want to say is AO were very good throughout the process. The product itself looks very nice and has good storage, however if you are going to buy one I would invest in a couple of fridge/freezer thermometers. The first one we had the freezer temp was anything from -15 to -32 (set to -18) and the fridge was anything from 0 to 12 degrees (set to 4). Beko quibbled about sending out an engineer but when they couldn't get one to us for over a week they eventually agreed to just exchange it. The replacement is better (freezer temp anything from -17 to -25, fridge anything from 3 to 7 degrees) albeit a bit noisy at times. It looks nice and does the job but I am not confident about how long it will last. In hindsight I wish I has spent a bit more on a more premium brand.

Works very well

Appalling. First one didn’t reach temperature in either fridge or freezer. We put a thermometer in and although the outside was set at minus 18 and 4. Inside was minus 23 and 8. The second one (after many phone calls and a wait it eventually arrived as exchange ). This one just stopped working. We are in the third now and today the temperature of the fridge out side should be 2 inside it’s eight I am now having to ring AO again. A full refund is now expected I won’t buy a BEKO again

It keeps the food cold in the fridge and frozen in the freezer. What more can you ask?

Okay for the price

After having a disastrous time with a fridge freezer that kept freezing up and thus the fridge wouldn’t work, we opted for this with two separate coolers. It’s brilliant. Incredibly sturdy and loads of space. For a relatively cheap American fridge we couldn’t ask for more.

Very happy with our choice of fridge! Lots of easy accessible space and very good lighting throughout the fridge. The freezer is compact and both fridge and freezer very quiet. The delivery team were friendly and extremely helpful in taking out old appliance and bringing in this new one. Overall, very happy with AO for service as well as with the fridge.
